Kamales Lardi is a digital transformation strategist and futurist. She helps companies leverage digital
disruption to create new opportunities for business and generate revenue. Kamales has +19 years of
experience in Management Consulting, with a strong focus on corporate strategy formulation,
business process optimization and technology implementation. Since establishing Lardi & Partner
Consulting GmbH in 2012, Kamales has advised companies across various industries such as UBS,
Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), Pfizer, BonusCard AG, Victorinox and Sanitas Insurance among others.
Kamales is a Visiting Fellow and Chairperson of the MBA Advisory Board at Durham Business School,
and she was recently awarded #4 in the list of Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers in
Digital Disruption (October 2019, Thinkers360). Kamales is also the founder of Diversity In Blockchain
Switzerland and BloomBloc, a strategic advisory and blockchain development company focused on

sustainable supply chain.

Diana Kaliff
Farmer Connect SA, Business Development Manager

Diana Kaliff is connecting emerging technologies to companies’ needs and pressing sustainability issues.
She has a BSc in engineering and completed her MSc at Stockholm Resilience Centre with one-year
research thesis on blockchain and transformation to sustainability. Prior to joining Farmer Connect,
Diana was working in the Swedish start-up scene.
