We are glad to announce a unique educational day for our members, that should not be missed!

This customized session draws on the pioneering work of Distinguished Professor George Kohlrieser- from IMD and his award winning, six-day High Performance Leadership Program and co-author of Hostage at the Table, 2nd Edition – to bring the key ideas directly to you through in interactive, unique and practical experience.

During the program, you will learn and explore ways to:

• Build deeper bonds and more meaningful professional relationships using practical techniques that fit with your authentic leadership characteristics,
• Create psychological safety and trust within your team, especially during times of uncertainty, change, and volatility,
• Develop a positive and resilient leadership mindset to inspire others and cultivate a team that embodies a “Play to Win” attitude,
• Navigate difficult conversations, resolve conflicts through effective dialogue techniques, and ultimately how to best influence others.

This is not a theoretical experience; instead it will be a highly experiential and practical program. It is designed to explore your current leadership approach, strengthen your confidence, and help you reach the next level of leadership potential in an authentic way!
