Take a journey using Virtual Reality (VR) headsets to experience a solution to the long-standing problem of implicit bias in the commodity trading and shipping sector.

Through an immersive VR training, you’ll be engaged in sensory immersion, body ownership illusions, and perspective-taking through Ana’s eyes to truly understand the challenges faced by women in the industry.

Workshop discussions with reflections will guide you on what youcan do differently as a leader and how you can reduce the risks posed by implicit bias at a workplace.
