Master your negotiation skills and learn how to navigate difficult conversations with confidence!

Take the next step in your professional development and join us you to an exclusive and highly interactive workshop, “Break Free from Drama: Clean Questions for Clear & Constructive Conversations in Negotiation”, sponsored by Cargill Ocean Transportation.

Are you looking to navigate difficult conversations with greater confidence, negotiate more effectively, and build stronger professional relationships?

Join us for an engaging session with Caitlin Walker, in collaboration with Monica Monet, from We Reinvent. Catlin is an expert in conflict resolution, facilitation, and organisational development, and author of From Contempt to Curiosity and So, You Want to Be Drama Free!

During the workshop, you will learn and explore ways to:

• Recognise and step out of drama, particularly in challenging or high-stakes conversations.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence when interests, expectations, or perspectives differ.
• Navigate difficult conversations and negotiations while avoiding unnecessary conflict.

This is not a theoretical session! Whether you are leading teams, managing complex negotiations, or simply looking to improve the quality of your conversations, this workshop offers an opportunity to develop communication skills in a supportive environment.

IMPORTANT:

The workshop is free of charge and open to members only.

The event will start promptly at 18:30. Please make sure to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow enough time to collect your visitor badge at Cargill’s reception. If you are late, please, inform us otherwise you won’t be able to enter.
